2010 Jim Redgate Double Top Lattice Guitar (Cedar)
Literally just arrived in our showroom! This was a special-commissioned guitar built for a high- end player and collector.
The 2010 Redgate is a Cedar double top.
There are a few playing marks on the table, and the finish on the neck from frets 9 – 12 is beginning to show signs of wear. These have been photographed to show condition and are merely cosmetic.
This Cedar top is a great example of Jim Redgate’s work shows great sustain, clarity and articulation and is extremely well set up.
No expense has been spared and in terms of add-ons this guitar it has Sheller tuners fitted during construction and is presented in a $1200 Karura case.
Considering the current waiting list of four years for a Redgate the $12,000 asking price is very reasonable
