It is constructed with all-solid woods that the maker has carefully selected for their quality and tonal properties. The Model 5 model comes with back and sides made with Indian rosewood, ebony fingerboard, and a primer quality spruce or cedar top. It has a lacquer finish and is fitted with Gotoh deluxe machine tuners. It delivers liquid clear and rounded and polished singing trebles. These are balanced nicely against profound but well-defined basses. The separation, intonation, and evenness from note to note are excellent. The guitar shows clarity all the way up the fretboard and rings out well every register It is set up well, and is comfortable to play.
